TATTON Park, Knutsford, plays host to the ‘PASSION FOR POWER’ Classic Motor Show…..an irresistible mix of the best of the old…and the very best of the new, on the weekend of August 19th / 20th.
This years’ show – proudly celebrating its 30th anniversary – will present a superb collection of classic cars and vehicles, supercars and luxury marques, all set in the beautiful grounds of Tatton Park. Established show attraction is once again the ‘DREAM CARS PAVILION’. Showgoers will not only be able to view state-of-art modern dream machines, including the new 2017 McLaren 720s, but also view an early british 2-seater supercar from the early 1990s… the Jaguar XJ220 on display in the pavilion, courtesy of Don Law Racing, a name synonymous with maintaining classic Jaguars.
Once again, the event is supported by BENTLEY, MANCHESTER, who will be showcasing some of the worlds’ most desirable marques in the pavilion…McLaren, Rolls-Royce and indeed, Bentley, from their superb range. The DREAM CARS PAVILION encompasses a passion for motoring rarely seen under one roof, with a superb selection of premium marques from some of north-wests’ most elite dealerships. Special mention to Warrington-based supercar dealership VANROOYEN ELITE PRESTIGE SUPERCARS who, in their 4th year at the show and in conjunction with showroom-expansion into LEIGH and CHESTER, will doubtless be displaying a selection of stunning cars from their roster of supercars currently on sale. Electric luxury cars will also be in attendance, courtesy of the TESLA SHOWROOM, KNUTSFORD and for those enthusiasts who like their dream cars slightly left-field, the pavilion plays host to custom, sports and american restoration specialist, John Wilcoxs’ PENGUIN SPEED SHOP.
Throughout the showground, over 2000 classic cars from around 80 car clubs and individual exhibits will also be on display and the ‘PASSION FOR POWER’ CLASSIC MOTOR SHOW also includes the ever-popular AUTOJUMBLE and general trade area of around 200 stalls, offering a huge variety of items, accessories and trade services.
Open daily 9am-4pm, show admission is ADULTS £9; 10-15 Yrs £6; U-10 FREE. Entry to Tatton Park and parking £6 per car. The show, as always, a great day-out for the whole family.
